Casin Decanter is designed to be used in dairy industry for separating casein from milk. It can be used for separation of both types of milk proteins including rennet and acid. This decanter is used by adding mineral acid which results in penetration of casein micelles by hydrogen ions and reduction in their negative net charge. It is also required for production of cheese base and for delicate food items.
